Cooltool is both a new and an old company. It builds on the impeccable selection of bespoke tools by its first owner, the founder Serge Standaerts. It is now under the roof of Techswap S.A. a service company with its own IT technicians with contracts with institutions and international companies throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

‘We decided to buy Cooltool in 2017 because we used their precision tools ourselves and thought we could do a better job at selling these sturdy, efficient and beautiful tools to our colleagues and clients,’ says the C.E.O. of Techswap, Jean-Louis Potten.

‘A company always has a beginning, but what is important is what it stands for now and how we envision its future’.
